We reserve the right to determine what constitutes such activities and will promptly terminate any involvement in them without refund, and may involve law enforcement if deemed necessary.
Child Exploitation
If AlphaBeta’s InfoTech Solutions discovers any instance of child pornography on services provided to you, your account will be terminated immediately without refund. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies worldwide to pursue legal action against offenders.
Malicious Activities
We do not tolerate any form of malicious activities such as hacking, denial of service attacks, sniffing, spoofing, or password cracking on our services. We reserve the right to terminate any involvement in such activities without refund and may involve law enforcement if necessary.
Backup Retrieval
In the event of account cancellation or suspension due to non-payment, there is a charge for accessing previous services and support. While we aim to keep backups available for 30 days after account cancellation, we cannot guarantee their availability beyond that period.
Web Hosting Regulations
AlphaBeta’s InfoTech Solutions imposes strict resource usage restrictions on web hosting services to ensure server integrity, security, and performance. Failure to comply may lead to account suspension or termination without refund.
Disk Usage Guidelines
Content on your website must primarily consist of HTML or similarly coded web pages accessible to the public. Downloadable files and media must not exceed 10% of your total disk quota.
WordPress Usage Policy
WordPress caching modules are not allowed on shared or reseller hosting services due to server overload issues. They are permitted only on VPS or dedicated hosting.
Unlimited Hosting Clarification
Our unlimited web hosting service is intended for website hosting only and not for online storage, backups, or archiving of electronic files. Excessive usage may impact server performance and could result in account termination.
Email Space for Unlimited Plans
Unlimited web hosting plans are for website hosting purposes only. Corporate email IDs should be transferred to our email hosting plan or used with email applications to free server space.
